Are you afraid to start a new diet because you don’t want to struggle to feel fulfilled? Are you struggling to get through the day with your chopped veggies?

You’ve started the Ideal Protein diet. You were so excited and motivated to get to your goal weight that your weight loss coach helped you come up with. The first few weeks were great. But now you’re driving by your favorite ice cream store missing that sugar rush and turning down happy hours with your friends so you’re not tempted to cheat. You have a Ziploc bag in your car of sliced cucumbers to munch on to hold you over until dinner.
